Dear customer, let me summarize the important information about the warranty and delivery of your artwork.

We are responsible for managing the collection, shipping, and tracking of your package. We ensure that the packaging is adequate and send all necessary documents. Please provide your TAX ID if your purchase exceeds 2,000 USD in the U.S., as required by customs law.

As a customer, you must provide the necessary information to complete the purchase and stay informed about shipping communications. It is your responsibility to receive the package at the provided address.

It is essential that, upon receiving your artwork, you inspect it within the first 24 hours. If you find any damage, take photos and videos as evidence and notify us immediately through and by calling +52 (624) 189 11 44 from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. After 24 hours, we will not be able to address claims regarding shipping and delivery since it is the time limit given to us by the shipping company.

Please note that we are not responsible for damages that occur during the installation of the artwork, so we recommend enlisting the help of an expert in this process.

Remember that if the artwork you purchased was created in the United States, Mexico, or Canada, it will be exempt from import taxes under the NAFTA agreement.
